For all services, I ask that you detangle your hair to the best of your abilities. If there is an intense amount of detangling required, let me know ahead of time. This is set in place for time management purposes.

Certain services have specific before-service and aftercare instructions. Emails are sent out before or directly after your appointment, depending on the service. Please make sure you read these instructions thoroughly.

LATE POLICY -WHEN I AM RUNNING BEHIND.

DUE TO THE NATURE OF MY SERVICES, THERE ARE TIMES WHEN I MAY RUN OVER. I WILL CONTACT YOU BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT TO LET YOU KNOW THE ADJUSTED TIME OR OFFER A LATER APPOINTMENT SLOT. ACCOMMODATIONS ARE OFFERED TO MAKE UP FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

LATE POLICY- WHEN A CLIENT IS RUNNING BEHIND

AGAIN, DUE TO THE NATURE OF MY SERVICES, TIME MANAGEMENT PLAYS A BIG PART IN MAKING SURE I OFFER MY CLIENTS QUALITY SERVICE. THEREFORE, I OFFER A 15 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE, YOUR APPOINTMENT MAY NEED TO BE RESCHEDULED TO ENSURE SUFFICIENT TIME IS GIVEN TO YOU AND CLIENTS AFTER YOU. A COURTESY TEXT WILL BE SENT AT THE 10-MINUTE MARK AND GIVEN 5 MINUTES TO RESPOND. IF THERE IS NO RESPONSE WITHIN THE 5-MINUTE WINDOW, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELED.

cancellation Policy:
clients are able to reschedule or cancel their appointment online up to six hours before the appointment. after the six hours, contact me directly through call or text. 

NO CALL, NO SHOW

I UNDERSTAND LIFE HAPPENS. If a client is a no call no show, the client is given 24 hours to reply to contact before a 50% charge of the missed appointment is placed on the client's salon account and the client is blocked for booking until that charge is paid in full. any time service is over 4 hours (color services or services with multiple add-ons), the client is given 24 hours to contact me before a 25% charge is placed on the card on file

THESE POLICIES ARE PUT IN PLACE TO SERVE MY CLIENTELE AND ME BETTER. MAKING SURE I GIVE MY CLIENTS THE BEST SERVICE IS MY TOP PRIORITY WHILE ALSO ENSURING THAT I AM KIND TO MYSELF IN MY WORK AND SPACE. BY SELECTING AND BOOKING YOUR SERVICE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND ACCEPT THE ABOVE-MENTIONED GUIDELINES.
