Freelance Texture Artist Janasia Smith has devoted her career to helping women of all textures accept the beauty and versatility of their hair. An honors graduate of Paul Mitchell the School Columbia, she not only has an eye for color and cutting but a genuine desire for women to fall in love with their hair. She pairs professional knowledge with integrative trichology to ensure her clients have an in-depth understanding of what it takes to achieve healthy hair from the inside out. She is a DevaCurl Level one-inspired stylist, with continued education through Schwarzkopf, Paul Mitchell, Goldwell, Kevin Murphy, Oribe, Pravana, and Wella. While in school, she participated in the annual Hair Walk Fashion show and Columbia Fashion week. Janasia’s passion for education in the beauty industry keeps her always in the know and eager to meet her client’s expectations.
